How to make

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL)PC® Organics Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC® Organics 0% M.F. Strawberry Fruit on the Bottom Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL)Puffed wheat cereal
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)PC® Maple Syrup

How to make

  • Step 1Let blueberries stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before assembling parfaits.
  • Step 2Divide stirred yogurt between two small juice cups. Sprinkle puffed wheat over yogurt. Sprinkle blueberries over puffed wheat and drizzle with maple syrup.
