- 2Pineapple spears
- 3 tbsp (45 mL)PC® 100% Pure Maple Syrup Canada Grade A Amber
- 8PC® Maple Flavour Marshmallows
- 8Fresh blackberries
- 2 tubs (500 mL each)PC® Plant-Based Mango Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert
How to make
- Step 1Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Brush grill with oil.
- Step 2Pat pineapple dry with paper towel. Brush all over with 1 tbsp maple syrup. Grill, turning occasionally, until grill-marked all over, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to cutting board. Let cool slightly. Cut each spear crosswise into 4 equal pieces.
- Step 3Thread pineapple, marshmallows and blackberries onto 8 soaked 6-inch (15 cm) wooden skewers, arranging marshmallows flat sides outward.
- Step 4Brush grill generously with oil. Grill skewers, turning once bottom of marshmallows form a crust, 30 to 60 seconds per side.
- Step 5Divide frozen dessert among 8 serving bowls. Top each bowl with 1 skewer. Drizzle skewers with remaining 2 tbsp maple syrup. Serve immediately.
