- 6PC®Free From Maple-Flavoured Naturally Smoked Bacon
- 2 tbsp (25 mL)Crumbled PC®Blue Cheese
- 2 tbsp (25 mL)Mayonnaise
- 6Sandwich bread, toasted
- 4 slicesPC®Free From®Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast
- HalfAvocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1Vine-ripened tomato, sliced into 8 rounds
- 4 leavesBoston lettuce
How to make
- Step 1Place bacon in cold skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning often, until golden brown and crispy, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain. Cut crosswise. Set aside.
- Step 2Meanwhile, mix cheese with mayonnaise in small bowl using fork until spreadable consistency. Set aside.
- Step 3Arrange toasted bread in single layer on work surface; spread cheese mixture over top of each slice, dividing evenly. Arrange turkey and avocado over 2 slices bread, dividing evenly; top same 2 slices with 1 slice bread each, cheese side up. Top with lettuce, tomato and bacon, dividing evenly. Sandwich with remaining bread, cheese side down.
- Step 4Cut into quarters; secure each quarter with wooden skewer.
