4 ways with the PC® Non-Stick Grill Sheet

How To

The days of not grilling pancakes are over.

Using aluminum foil on the grill is so 2020. Anything that flashy disposable stuff can do, the  can do better. It’s reusable, easy to clean, non-stick and thin enough to transfer heat and grill marks onto your most delicate, unexpectedly grillable foods – even pancakes. You read that right. Now read on.

1.
Barbecued brunch

For breakfast or brunch on the grill, mist    with cooking spray and place on grill over medium heat. Spoon pancake batter onto sheet and cook according to your recipe. Add breakfast sausages, bacon and pitted halved stone fruit, such as peaches or plums, on the grill sheet too, right beside your pancakes.

2.
Grilled cheese

Grilled halloumi and paneer cheese are incredibly delicious appetizers and summer salad stars, but they often slip between the grates of the barbecue. Use   to get those sought-after grill marks on slices of hard cheese while keeping them right where you need them – above grate.

3.
Marinated + saucy things

is perfect for grilling saucy marinated foods, since it keeps the marinade on and around the fish, meat or tofu, instead of dripping through the grates. Simply spoon any marinade that drips off back onto your food for maximum flavour.

4.
Smoky nachos

For nachos right on the grill, load up   with tortilla chips and your favourite toppings. Place on the barbecue over medium heat and grill until the cheese melts.
