Oven safe to 450°F (232°C). Do not microwave. Safe for all cooktops. Remove all labels before first use. Wash by hand in warm soapy water and towel dry thoroughly. Do not put pan away wet or allow it to air dry. Brush with a light coating of oil before storing. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid sudden temperature changes such as running cold water into a hot pan or placing a hot pan on a cold surface.

Caution: Handle with care – enamel is a glass material that can break, crack or chip if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Glass and ceramic cooktops can scratch easily. Always lift cookware – never slide along cooking surface. Avoid overheating when pot is empty and never allow cookware to boil dry. Never leave unattended on a hot stove. To avoid hot spills, handles should not extend beyond edge of range. Handles will become hot during use. Always use oven mitts or a pot holder while handling hot cookware.
