Ingredients
- 2 slicesBacon Rounds slices
- 2 tsp (10 mL)Mayonnaise
- 2PC® Traditional Naan Rounds
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)PC® Aged 5 Years Canadian Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 10Fresh thyme leaves
- 4 thin slicesGranny Smith apple (skin on)
How to make
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with foil.
- Step 2Place bacon flat on prepared baking sheet. Bake in centre of oven for 16 to 18 minutes or until crispy. Meanwhile, heat sandwich press to medium heat.
- Step 3Spread 1 tsp (5 mL) of the mayonnaise on inside of each naan round. Layer bacon, cheese, thyme and apple on one naan round; top with other naan round. Place in sandwich press; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is crisp.
