Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)35% whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC®Devon Custard
- 1 pkg (100 g)PC®Meringue Nests
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)Shaved PC®70% Cocoa Solids Dark Chocolate
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)Chopped pistachios
How to make
- Step 1Whip cream in chilled bowl. Add custard; whip until soft and fluffy.
- Step 2Fill each nest with a dollop of cream mixture, about 2-1/2 tbsp (32 mL). Top each with a sprinkle of chocolate and pistachios.
