Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)PC®Honeycrisp Sweet Apple Cider
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL)Brandy (1/4 oz)
- 1PC®Stemless White Wine Glass
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)Prosecco or Cava (2 oz)
- 1Sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)PC®Pomegranate Arils, frozen
How to make
- Step 1Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add cider and brandy. Cover and shake vigorously 15 to 20 seconds.
- Step 2Strain into PC®Stemless White Wine Glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with rosemary sprig and frozen pomegranate arils.
