How to make
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL)PC® The World’s Best Egg Nog Ice Cream (about 2 scoops)
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) PC® The World’s Best Egg Nog
- 1/4 cup (60 mL)each dark rum and Irish cream liqueur (2 oz each)
- 1 tsp (5 mL)pure vanilla extract
- Pinch (0.5 mL)each ground cinnamon and nutmeg, plus additional for garnish
How to make
- Step 1Blend together ice cream, egg nog, rum, Irish cream liqueur, vanilla, ground cinnamon and nutmeg in blender until smooth.
- Step 2Pour into glasses over ice. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nutmeg and garnish with cinnamon sticks (if using).
- Try this: Leave out the rum and Irish cream liqueur for a non-alcoholic version.
